How to use Mobile VoIP with SoftCall? |

Using SoftCall with your mobile phone could not get any simpler. We provide every customer with SIP settings to enter in any kind of application that accepts it. You can use SoftCall with any internet-enabled phone that has a VoIP application. Just choose your mobile phone type from the list below and follow the steps!

Setup SoftCall on your Nokia & Symbian Mobile Phones
How SoftCall Nokia/Symbian Mobile VoIP Works?
On the Nokia S60 3rd edition feature pack 2 (and later) & Nokia Symbian^3 devices some of VoIP settings are hidden by default, and you will need Nokia’s new SIP VoIP Settings Applications.
By default most Nokia S60 devices support internet calling, however you should download the proper application based on the latest list of the Symbian/S60 devices that support the Nokia VoIP Client.
Now if you have a Nokia S60/Symbian^3 device, but you don’t know which SIP VoIP Application is compatible with it, SoftCall makes it so easy for you! Check Send me my SoftCall SIP VoIP Settings section below.
Some Nokia models have a built-in VoIP application installed, so don't worry if you didn't receive the first SMS that contains the URL of the SIP VoIP Settings Application.
The configuration SMS will be enough to allow you making international calls using your SoftCall account and hence saving your phone bill!
Before you request us to send your SoftCall SIP VoIP Settings to your mobile phone, please make sure that:
- the mobile number you specified in your member details is YOURS and VALID!
- your balance is NOT ZERO
- your Mobile Model is available in the list below
Send me my SoftCall SIP VoIP Settings!
Simply select your Mobile Model from the list below and press on
"Send SIP VoIP Settings" button and you will receive one or two SMS based on the mobile model you have:
- SMS that contains your SoftCall SIP Settings & VoIP Configurations
- and in case your device doesn't have a built-in VoIP application installed, you will receive another SMS that contains the URL of the SIP VoIP Settings Application that is compatible with your device

Important Notes
Please make sure that:
- your mobile number is correct and valid, otherwise you will not receive any SMS
- the mobile number your provided is YOURS, otherwise there is a risk that your account details will be sent to a wrong person
- you should uninstall any older version of a previously installed SIP VoIP Settings application in your device (if any), before you install the new downloaded application you received from SoftCall

SoftCall supports fring as their SIP application for Windows Mobile phones. Setting up your SIP settings with fring application is simple.
- Point your mobile phone browser to fring.com and download fring
- Install fring by following the on-screen instructions on your mobile phone
- Once installed, open the application, go to Add-ons, and choose SIP from the list
- When the following screen appears choose Other from the list
- Enter your SoftCall SIP Settings and start making cheap calls!
Your SoftCall SIP Settings for your Windows Mobile VoIP calls are:
User ID: [SoftCall Username] (The same username used to login to your SoftCall account)
Password: xxxxxxxxx (The same password used to login to your SoftCall account)
Proxy Address: sip.softcall.me
Now you can use your Windows Mobile phones anytime from anywhere to make cheap VoIP calls with SoftCall.

SoftCall supports fring as their SIP application for the Android phones. Setting up your SIP settings with fring application is simple.
There are 2 easy ways to download fring for Android on your mobile phone:

Download fring for Android on your mobile phone by following one of the two easy ways:
- From Android Market:
- Start the Market application on your phone
- Search for fring and install
- From fring WAP site:
- On your Android phone, go to Settings » Applications and check the box to allow ’unknown sources’
- Point your phone browser to m.fring.com and download fring manually
- Install fring by following the on-screen instructions on your mobile phone
- Once installed, open the application, go to Add-ons, and choose SIP from the list
- When the following screen appears choose Other from the list
- Enter your SoftCall SIP Settings and start making cheap calls!
Your SoftCall SIP Settings for your Android Mobile VoIP calls are:
User ID: [SoftCall Username] (The same username used to login to your SoftCall account)
